Mr. Christian Haentzler and the Kane Fetterly team did an amazing job ensuring that our family was supported during an extremely stressful and devastating time. They were all kind, patient and willing to hear and answer all our questions and concerns. And they did a remarkable job explaining various policies and procedures and they made sure that we had all of the necessary paperwork to bury our loved one overseas.
