Demetrios is the best home inspector i've ever used. Yesterday he inspected a 1519 square foot home and spent 3 hours looking at everything. He tested every single outlet, lightswitch, door, explored the attic and roof (via ladder), took the cover off the circuit breaker to see the wiring and lots of other things. He made lots of suggestions about things to keep an eye on and other things that need to be fixed. He even came up with ways for us to do his suggestions on the cheap (without having to open walls for instance). He even took pictures (at least 100) of everything and the report he emailed us is 62 pages long! He's a member of the Quebec Association... read full review
