I just contacted them to have rates and they literally harass me. At least 6 calls a day from different numbers. I had to block them

I am still harassed by Regus. I blocked 4 other numbers. Such practice should be forbidden
I recently used Regus for a one-day business planning workshop, and while the experience had its positive aspects, there were a few areas that could use improvement.
The Good:
The space was very nice and cozy, with a convenient location right by the metro. I couldn’t have asked for a better setting for my workshop. The environment was professional and well-suited for business purposes.
The Bad:

Impossible to reach 1200 McGill college suite 1100 Montreal. Nobody answer the phone, even the Regus headquarter is unable to reach them. And it's as usual, not just today. They had our mails and we are unable to get it, we cannot have any info about our mail as they are not reachable. This is causing damages to our business. Causing damages to the clients is the worst a company like Regus can do. They charge us 122$ every month (it's 1464$+tax/year) just to relay our mails once a week and they are able to screw up this simple overpriced task :-(
