I had an amazing experience overall. The customer service was truly top tier friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. From start to finish, I felt well taken care of and valued as a client especially having my child with me that was treated like a princess. I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone who appreciate quality service , expertise with a wonderful touch of kindness. Paula and Fifi are the best at what they do and would happily return again. My results were beyond my expectations and left feeling on top aha !!!
Really happy with my haircut! Paula did an amazing job and helped me choose a style that suits me really well. She’s very experienced and gives great advice. The salon also has a really nice ambiance with good music, which makes the whole experience relaxing. Prices are good too.
Visiting from out of town, I booked a haircut and coloring appointment online at Paula M Coiffure. What truly impressed me was her eye for hair color. Paula matched my exact shade just by looking at it and gave me a beautiful haircut for my wavy hair. Traveling can sometimes feel impersonal, but Paula treated me like family. She made me feel at home, offering me refreshments and snacks!
If you’re in downtown Montreal and looking for someone talented, kind, and incredibly skilled, I strongly recommend her. I’ll definitely be back next time.
