I brought my duvet here for cleaning, and the first time I got it back, it had such a strong detergent smell that I couldn’t even use it. I asked them to wash it again with just water because the scent made it hard to breathe at home. They still charged me half the price for the second wash, and even after that, it still smelled like detergent. Really disappointed with the service. I basically ended up paying $40 + $20 for nothing.

They stained my boyfriends shirt and denied that they did it gaslighting me and saying it was like that when i brought it. Then they refused to clean it again. HORRIBLE SERVICE STAY AWAY.

One of the best places to have your items altered. The staff are super friendly and nice and very professional. The finishing is really good, I had my pants done there and they were done in no time. I highly recommend it

Very disappointed with this place. A basic seam for jeans that is not very well done. The finish is very poor.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Victoria Cleaner SUR NOTRE-DAME. After entrusting a valuable duvet for cleaning, an error was made on their part, and I ended up with an item that was not mine. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue amicably, the response and solution offered by the staff was far from satisfactory. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail in this situation is concerning. I strongly advise potential clients to think twice before using their services.

I have used their service several times for alterations of clothes. Always very good quality with a fair price.
