Pantelis is a rare gem. I contacted him for a pre-purchase condo inspection. We were able to schedule something in just a few days and from the moment I arrived, I knew I was in good hands.
Pantelis had arrived early and already begun inspecting the outside and foundation. He came prepared with all sorts of gear including a drone and thermal camera. But what really sets him apart is that he is warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He encouraged me to follow him during the entire 90minute inspection and ask him questions. I asked a ton of questions and he had answers for all of them.
Pantelis' inspection was thorough and precise. He left no stone unturned. Within a few hours of the inspection, I received a full detailed report via email, complete with every picture he took. He even spent 20 minutes with me on the phone while I asked questions about the report.
Pantelis guided me through a stressful process with calm, and made me feel comfortable moving forward with my decision to purchase. I cannot recommend his services enough.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Pantelis as my condo inspector. From the moment we started, he went above and beyond. He took us outside first to thoroughly check the condo association fees, examining the brickwork and any cracks in the exterior so I knew exactly what I’d be paying. Inside, he inspected every detail from the air filtration system to drains and even shared simple, budget-friendly tips to maintain them. He patiently taught me step-by-step how to handle things on my own, making sure I was confident. What I thought would be a quick 15-minute inspection turned into a full hour of care and detail. Not only was he professional and thorough, but he was also humble and funny—he even had a license plate that said “INSPECTOR,” which gave us a good laugh. I can’t recommend him enough! 10/10 🌟
