I was very happy with the professionalism and quick responses from Mr. Ian Aiello from Monuments Sebastiano Aiello. He promptly replied to all my emails; the work was finished quicker than expected; and he even sent me a picture of the engraved monument when I requested it. Thank you so much for making this as easy as possible .

I was very satisfied with the services of Ian Aiello of Monuments Sebastiano Aiello. He was very quick to respond to all my emails until the end. Above all, we are very grateful to him for having managed to install the bronze plaque before the burial. A big thank-you!
Given the strike at Notre Dame des Neiges cemetery it was very difficult to get any work done. Ian was great in following up any time I had questions, and when they were finally able to do the job (despite the cemetery being completely unhelpful) it was perfect. Thank you to the whole team at Monuments Sebastiano Aiello and Ian in particular.
