Worst service ever received in my entire life. I think I called them at least 6 times, spoke to the same person who told me they were going to call me back and took down my number. I sent 5 emails with the details I wanted to write on the stone, request for estimate, nothing...2 months later, no response, no call back. When the same person answered me on the phone she told me that she would look for my emails but never did so. Finally I found a competent and fast company. Big 0, don't do business with these people

We paid for a service since August 2020. They are supposed to put my grandmother's photo on her headstone; we called several times, they give a date and do not respect it. A disservice to the black community. I advise against!

Bad service, it's been a year since I was cheated. I paid for a photo to be put on my mother's tombstone, we never did it. They give me a date, when I call again they tell me something else. They are not serious
