They know how to treat a client. They call to set a delivery time, and when they are on the way to ensure you'll be home, and they come when they said they'd be there. They ensure the machine is installed correctly and works properly. Amazing! And their machines are clean and quiet. Can you tell I"m really happy?

Wonderful experience ordering new heating/cooling units for our independent hotel. Help during research phase, ordering and shipment was much appreciated. All phases handled with genuine customer care and appreciation. Even with a 3rd party shipping issue, they went to bat for us to solve the problem. With that level of service, we will order again.

Very good service, very reactive, I needed to replace quickly an old through the wall air conditioner and I didn't find any company who was able to do that until I find Airconditioners Canada via Google, one call, he (Cheskel Goldberg) found very quickly a model similar I needed and they installed it the afternoon of the same day!!!
