I used Meldrum to move a client yesterday and they were just AMAZING. I truly appreciated the fact that they were able to accommodate this urgent move request (2 days notice), and for sending such awesome, quick and efficient movers! I was so impressed with how quickly they loaded the belongings and how careful and diligently they were to ensure nothing was damaged. They provided such great service and made it a seamless move that my client referred to them as "Amazing - just like Santa's Helpers". We had an issue at one point with our lock and they quickly called the office who immediately dispatched another mover to come and resolve the issue. Talk... read full review
I called Medrum for a small move, Toronto to Montreal. The service leading up to the move was professional and timely. The driver's on the day of, arrived on time, were super courteous and careful. Hands down would use them again!
The best experience I could have imagined. The team was fast, efficient, helpful but most of all CAREFUL! They went above and beyond and also helped lay a carpet under my desk as well!
