Super nice and competent people but the store is not open when it says it will be.I’ve driven across the island twice now to get key copies for our business and both times no one was here during the hours indicated as “open” on Google.Updating the review to answer the question in the response: (1) this morning (Nov. 17 at 10:00 - waited until 10:10), (2) Approx. 4-6 weeks ago when there was a paper on the door saying you were closed for a few weeks (was not updated on google).

I just came out of the store. Fast and efficient service, the lady was very kind too. I don't understand why some people would complain about this. 5 stars, thank you very much.
