Ligaya is very sweet and friendly, she really pays attention to detail and wants her work to be done perfectly! It was my first coloring experience and she is very thorough with technique as well as mindful of using the products that fit well with my hair/color desired! I definitely recommend. I love the color blend she did for my roots + balayage, she definitely understood my hair type and the color, all the while making it look natural as well. Thank you Ligaya! I will be back for sure.
