Bought our thermopompe from JW in 2017, have always had fast and friendly service with a fair price. When our aircon died on the hottest day of the year, their helpful and efficient service desk was able to provide same day service from a wonderful technician who suffered thru the horrific heat to fix our problem. (Merci Guillaume!!) Highly recommended

Alice who takes care of the service calls is a God send. Jeremy the plumber who came to do plumbing repairs to my dishwasher knew exactly what pieces to change. My dishwasher is running smoothly. He cleaned out bathroom sinks full of hair in drains. Competent plumber. I will use this company again.
