I called elsewhere and did not even receive a call back. Jodoin's receptionist asked for pictures of what needed to be done for the assessor Lambert (who came by anyway) so I was immediately reassured. It was a big job requiring two visits and two teams. Xavier and his co-worker were super efficient and professional. The second team (Steven and Anthony) went above and beyond to deal with a major impediment to what we needed done. When Steven came back a 3rd time to finish the job (within days) the professionalism was again exemplary (and clean). We are a smallcondo association and will be using them for all our future needs.

Had a toilet that was flushing poorly and a kitchen faucet on the verge of breaking. Called on Thursday and received an appointment for Monday. The plumber arrived before noon and within no time flat had corrected the toilet problem and changed out our faucet! Nicolas(the plumber) clearly knew exactly what he was doing and proceeded to professionally correct all our plumbing problems. Excellent service, excellent work and the perfect way to begin a new week. Merci Nicolas for your great maintenance tips!! I highly recommend Jodoin for all your plumbing needs. Busy place, receptionist sounds like she has 15 people on hold but still gives you good service ?.Denise ma man! Good guy, I had some concerns about Water Hammer in my walls... Recently finished renovating my basement and installed pex everywhere! He answered all my questions and gave me some good advice, I would have kept him talking accept a plumber now a day is more expensive than a lawyer ?.... All that to say happy to have a local plumber like these guys! (Love the fact that he tried speaking English on the phone to confirm his TOA!!!!)
