Baby cried like he'd never cried before. Despite that, everyone remained super calm, kind and professional. Cut was done, done well, and baby was able to calm down and look adorable too.

It was a great experience!
I went there to get a haircut for my son, he is very sensitive with touching in general and specifically the head so I knew I was going for a difficult ride, however when I entered the place it was very well adapted for kids, my son is on a wheelchair and there is a ramp at the entrance which is always welcome. As soon it was my son's turn he started crying and shaking his head but Flavie was very patient she did an amazing job even though my son was crying throughout the whole process. We came here for the first time for my daughter’s haircut who’s 22 months old and Vicky was so nice and welcoming. She worked very quickly to cut as much as possible as my daughter was crying. Thanks again for the great service, highly recommended!
