I’ve used MUZO for boarding my dog several times in the past, and I didn’t really have any issues. The last time I used them, it was a different story. When I picked up Lola at 2:30 pm, they brought her out and when she came to me, she was so desperate to go outside to do her business. She was always so excited to see me, but that time was different, she just wanted to run outside. Muzo informed me that they take the dogs out 3 times a day; morning, midday and evening. I am very sceptical of that, since Lola would not have been that desperate to go outside midday. Very disappointed. For the price you pay, there is much better out there. Do not recommend.

Tatiana was a fabulously patient professional groomer who gently cared for our dramatic and sensitive husky.
She returned our 8 year-old Siberian feeling and smelling dry and clean. Our Maddie girl actually tried to follow Tatiana when she left to return to the back room.
This place is great! Very accommodating, lots of space, and most importantly they truly care about animals and it shows. Our senior cat has been a client for years, and although she now needs to be administered a variety of medications, her stays at Muzo always go very smoothly. Highly recommended!
