I had a great experience at Parc Pet Hospital! I brought my cat, Pashmak, in for a flight authorization and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The staff were kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. They handled Pashmak with such care and made sure all the paperwork was completed properly for our travels. I truly appreciate their efficiency and compassion. Highly recommend this clinic for any pet travel needs or general care!
We have been happy with the treatment of our cat. This is more regarding the service mindedness of the receptionist that could be better.
I came to buy some urinary cat food at 10am on a Thursday. No other clients.
I looked at the shelf, but there were only a few cans left. The receptionist said there were some packets in the stocking area, so he brought out a 24-pack and opened it. I asked him if they had other tastes than the large pack he brought out, and he said yes - you can take them from the stocking area. Then he went over to his desk and started typing in the order.

Personally, finding a veterinarian in Montreal with availability is difficult but the Hôpital du Parc has always opened the doors for my four legs, they always have appointments available at short notice and their attention is 10/10.
They are very transparent when it comes to prices, they always give you previous quotes so that you are always clear about what you are going to pay.
We like them very much, we have been with them for more than 3 years and we have no negative comments, they are always very attentive and kind to our furry friend.
