My dog stopped letting us cut his nails despite training. Doghaus not only clipped his nails without issue, but gave clear instructions in advance for vet-prescribed sedation if had been necessary. Truly caring dog people. Bernie loved his treat on the way out. They have a loyalty program for nail care!

All the products in this shop have been vetted to be quality high end. The staff is very knowledgeable on everything they sell and are always willing to help and provide appropriate advice. They are also helpful when your dog is having issues. An area they could improve on is labeling the prices of their raw food.

There is a lady working there who patiently answered all my questions and explained what I should get for my cat. I’ve become a regular customer because, in my opinion, respect for customers and offering high-quality products and services are what matter most.?
