dropped in while in town for a couple days. great communication signing up to be a drop in. super easy process. then the coach was very approachable and friendly. more importantly so were the fellow athletes in the class. very clean space with all the equipment in great shape too. if you’re in the downtown montréal area and need a place to sweat i couldn’t recommend this box more. will be back. thank you!

Wonderland was… Wonderful. Great class, super welcoming for drop-ins. The coach/instructor was super knowledgeable and was kind enough to translate some things into English when I didn’t understood the French instructions. I recommend it 100%.

I am a full member now. I only do 2 sessions a week due to personal life limitations. The coaches are wonderful, the community is uplifting and encouraging. It is the home of a crossfit world champion. How much better is it going to get from that? The coaches are fantastically skilled, and the community helps you finish the WODs. I am proud of the gains that I have achieved, and working towards my next PRs. This is the fittest I have ever been.
