Unlike any gym/sport I've ever trained. Coaches Mike and Cos are beyond amazing humans. I felt instantly part of the team when I joined. You know the type of coaches that take the time to get to know their students. Its important to feel like you can trust your coaches, I felt motivated and in great hands at all times.
I recently moved to the area and started working out here with a group of friends. What an amazing place! The location is perfect, the vibe makes you feel good, and the owner Mike knows his stuff + really cares!
