We stopped by Sunday morning before the open gym crowd showed up and honestly the space is impressive for a converted arena, high ceilings and tons of natural light. One of the coaches took a few minutes to walk us through the equipment even though we were clearly just curious tourists and not signing up for anything. Parking right out front was easy, which we always appreciate now that we do more walking than we used to. It's the kind of place that makes you wish you'd found CrossFit thirty years ago, and we left smiling.

Reviews
We stopped by last Saturday afternoon while wandering around the neighborhood and the size of the space really caught us off guard, way more open and well equipped than we expected for a gym in an old arena building. A young trainer named Marc noticed we were just looking around and spent a good ten minutes explaining the history of the building to us, which was such a nice surprise. There was a class going on and the energy in the room was contagious, everyone cheering each other on like old friends. Parking on the street was easy to find that day too, so all in all a lovely little detour for two people who weren't even planning to work out.
An incredible team of kindness that challenges us! I can only recommend this place for anyone who wants to try Crossfit for the first time and anyone who is more expert, the place is great!
