Excellent service from an incredible team. Everything from the pre-sale discussions to the after-sales support were top notch. We felt like we were in good hands for our multi-zone heat pump install and were very satisfied with the results.
We spent a few weeks speaking directly to the owner to make sure the requirements were clear and the constraints of our home were well understood. He spent all the time needed to help us understand our options and the advantages/disadvantages of each approach and explain them thoroughly. All this before even signing a contract, and at no point did we feel pressure to commit.

Confortech has provided me an excellent service. They are polite and knowledgeable and answer questions quickly. I love that they are local to the plateau in Montreal. I highly recommend them!
Excellent service from start to finish with Confortech. Jeffrey offered me a truly brilliant solution for my somewhat unusual situation, something no other company had done. Subsequently, he answered all my questions, taking his time, both during the meeting and subsequently, sometimes spending more than 30 minutes on the phone to explain all the details and certain more technical aspects of the Panasonic heat pump he was offering. .
