I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to Fabio, my occupational therapist, who has truly been the best. From the very first session, he made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my needs, and always encouraged me to keep improving. His patience, kindness, and professionalism made every visit something to look forward to.
He took the time to explain every exercise clearly and always adjusted the plan to match my progress. Thanks to his dedication and positive attitude, I’ve made real improvements and gained confidence in my recovery.
It’s sad to see him leave the clinic, but I’m truly grateful for everything he has done for me. I wish him all the best in his next chapter — any patient who gets to work with him will be very lucky!

Health system is terrible. If you're not seen by a doctor on time, it can be either too late, or you may not have any symptom at the moment you meet doctor leading to little to no treatment. Of course, doctors are nice *when you see them.
Overall, it took me 13 months to see a specialist. I got an appointment after 6 months after another doctor referred me here, after a reminder when I mentioned that I am still in pain and I haven't received a call for appointment.
Your tests, Xray, MRI may not be valid if over 6 months, so they may ask you to do test, xray before your appointment; which they would only tell you once you arrive at your appointment, an appointment may take 2 hours because of that. What is the point of doing the tests and images when patient doesn't have tge symptoms?
Again, nothing against doctors or staffs. Health system is terrible, administrative process is ineffective lacking basic reasoning, wasting everyone's time.
