It seems like they prefer overscheduling so they could have a lighter schedule on another day. They called me a day early and asked me to change my appointment time from Friday afternoon to Thursday at 5 pm. Then they kept me waiting for over an hour, where they only filled one cavity and told me to make an another appointment to fill the remaining one because they wanted to go home.

Very disappointed with the dental service, on the day of my appointment the replacement dentist arrived very late without a word of apology “I did not check my schedule”, secondly according to her the devices are old, during the extraction a smell of barbecue.. this is not normal at all it is his responsibility to say no extraction and to reschedule an appointment instead a vacation conversation with his dental assistant, it's ridiculous!
Horrible pain lasting more than a week without any follow-up and when I decided to make an appointment since this is not normal in such a time frame it is abnormal to not have anything sooner for an emergency I had to go in another dental center, as a result of the diagnosis I suffered a real butchery, I would let the order of dentists of Quebec know.

I am writing to denounce the questionable practices of the dental office! Despite their attractive promotion for students...the reality is very different. This is a scam, pure and simple!

After this disastrous experience with Dr. Amir in 2021, where I spent $1000 for minor and unjustified care... It turns out that I finally had to go to another dentist again, I am outraged. Dr. Amir even wanted to devitalize a healthy tooth for me! Fortunately I consulted another dentist who redid the fillings poorly done by Dr. Amir and I no longer had any pain. Dr. Nguyen, on the other hand, was professional during my consultation. Although this is the only positive, I don't blame him for his colleagues' mistakes.

Went there 4 times in the last 2 months for an exam, dental cleaning and for replacing dental fillings. First visit was for the cleaning and after the cleaning, my gum was severely inflamed. I was unable to eat for a week and a half. Second visit was for the filling replacement but after arriving, they told me that my appointment has been cancelled because I did not answer the confirmation message. I did not receive any confirmation message nor phone calls. They check on their end and the message was actually not delivered. The receptionist apologized but said "stuff like this happens" which made me feel that her apology was not at all sincere. I think that it is the clinic's responsibility to verify if the message has been successfully delivered before cancelling any appointments. So I had to reschedule for a third visit which ends up going well but the filling was unfinished so I must visit again. After the fourth time my gum is inflamed again, they kept shoving the suction tube on the same spot of my gum. My gum is usually not sensitive at all.

Ça fait 7 mois que le processus est commencer que je n'ai pas de dent en bas. Les chaises de dentiste sont vieille , il manque souvent quelques chose comme des implants de guérison. Et pour finir ça fait presque 2 mois que j'ai pris mes emprunte pour mes dentiers et c'est pas fait. J'ai déjà donne 15 000$.et il veulent encore de argent mais sans service ????? Réellement déçu
