Good service, bas communication.We had a communication problem earlier (they charged me for an additional treatment without informing me about the extra costs). This gave me a bad "first impression", but later on, they were able to make it up to me. I still ended up paying the treatment that I did not ask for, but at least I was convinced that it was an honest mistake.Other than this unfortunate experience, the overall service is good. Staff is kind and willing to work problems out.

I'm a little over 6 months into my Invisalign treatment and I am so amazed by the results I've seen so far! The entire staff of Mdex has been amazing, I'm always treated with kindness and smiles, even when I'm on the wrong floor (again) or typing all the wrong numbers into the keypad.This is a crew that is genuinely invested in the progress of my treatment and I couldn't be more thankful for their time, their warm greetings and their hard work.
