This is just a terrible clinic. We went there because our cat had lost weight and was losing his fur. We went in for an exam, and the vet said we needed to run some tests, and then he would tell us what was wrong with the cat and what to do next. In the end, we had the tests done and paid $500, but it’s been a week and a half now and the vet still hasn’t contacted us. I’ve repeatedly the clinic asking what’s wrong with the cat. I want to speak with the vet, but they just tell me to wait—that the vet will contact me. This is simply the worst service imaginable.

They are amazing :) Not only is the vet competent and compassionate, but the entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. I had to wait a little during my lunch break and mentioned I was hungry, and the receptionist offered me a granola bar and a bubbly water. Such a thoughtful gesture. They truly care about their patients and their humans too ❤️ We would never change vets for our 3 cats that we love so much.

Absolutely terrible vet, unprofessional and rude staff. Place smells of urine, they tried to overcharge me when it was time to pay, when I pointed out the mistake they gave me attitude and eventually removed the charge, no apology.

I lived in the neighborhood growing up and Pillet took very good “care” of our dogs. The word “care” is important because they do care. Moved across the city and still travel to Pillet and have been for 40 years.

been going there for years. very reasonable people. very direct and honest they don't want you waste your money. they don't take advantage of people when they are vulnerable.
