Absolutely love every interactions I had with them (over the phone or in person). The staff is so helpful, compasisonate, lovely and kind. The veterinarians & technicians are also really welcoming, lovely, experienced. You can really feel the love and respect they have for animals ✨️ & they are always willing to help with anything. I felt like all my questions were welcomed and the vet took his time to really answer and give me the necessary details about treatments, next steps, options available and explanations of diagnosis. Very happy with the service. My own vet refused to put down my 14 year old who was dying of cancer without testing x rays and medication, absolutely ridiculous. I call you guys and the next day he was put down. No extra fees but a huge mass was found.we both can't thank you enough as it was hard enough. Thank you ?
Our cat has been a patient for two years and a half and the experience has always been nice and professional. The vets truly care about the animals and treat them with respect and kindness ??
