Absolutely love every interactions I had with them (over the phone or in person). The staff is so helpful, compasisonate, lovely and kind. The veterinarians & technicians are also really welcoming, lovely, experienced. You can really feel the love and respect they have for animals ✨️ & they are always willing to help with anything. I felt like all my questions were welcomed and the vet took his time to really answer and give me the necessary details about treatments, next steps, options available and explanations of diagnosis. The approach he used to simply connect with my fur babies before even going into their medical exam told me everything....They truly care. I was never rushed also which made the whole experience so lovely. Absolutely recommend them if you are looking for a vet clinic! They are probably the best in town in my opinion.

Very happy with the service. My own vet refused to put down my 14 year old who was dying of cancer without testing x rays and medication, absolutely ridiculous. I call you guys and the next day he was put down. No extra fees but a huge mass was found.we both can't thank you enough as it was hard enough. Thank you 💙

I had a really bad experience when I took my cat to get checked up. I went in for a simple checkup since my kitten had ear surgery before I adopted her. Two main issues I had with this clinic: 1) my cat is a very young kitten who was teething at the time and the vet basically tried to fear me into thinking she was beginning to have gingivitis and it felt she was pushing a certain food and a complete dry food diet for my kitten. After getting a second opinion at another clinic my kitten was clearly just teething. 2) the vet noticed a spot on my kittens ear and said it could be ringworm. She did no further testing and did not elaborate on any tests she could do or anything I could look out for, even when I asked her. After doing some research myself online I found that there were multiple tests she could have done on the spot. The second clinic confirmed it to be ringworm by testing and treating it immediately. Giving 2 stars only because the front desk staff was nice and cordial during my visit. Otherwise a mega waste of time and money, and my poor cat had to endure ringworm until our visit with the better vet at Petit Laurier.

They told me blood test results would take 25-30 minutes and I still haven't gotten them more than 48 hours later. My am so worried about my dog it is making me sick. After several follow-ups, they transfered the file without my consent to another clinic, the one that provoked the need for bloodwork and a 2nd opinion. Very unprofessional conduct, which I believe to be in violation of their code of conduct. It feels like blatant indifference towards my animal's well-being, never mind the owner's mental well-being waiting on results indefinitely.
