I had an amazing experience overall. The customer service was truly top tier friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. From start to finish, I felt well taken care of and valued as a client especially having my child with me that was treated like a princess. I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone who appreciate quality service , expertise with a wonderful touch of kindness. Paula and Fifi are the best at what they do and would happily return again. My results were beyond my expectations and left feeling on top aha !!!
I have been coming to Paula since 2017. I tried other salon once after I moved and I came back to Paula right after- due to that salons price, attitude and terrible result. Paula is professional, she understands my hair and my request, she is a perfectionist and won’t let me leave the salon until we both are happy with the result. I am Asian so my hair is very dark, Paula has always done an amazing job to color and style my hair and I have always had compliment from all my friends and family for my color.
Yesterday I have visited Paula Coiffure and I had mise en plis and haircut. Paula really is stylist with great experience knows what I want and gave me the best service ever. Great hospitality, very clean area, coffee tea and biscuits.
