I had a furnace/heating issue and called Martin. He was able to make a quick appointment to accommodate me. He was super nice, genuine and more interested in making sure my problem got fixed and i understood what was happening as opposed to making a quick buck!Its so refreshing to deal with a family style repair tech for once!! great service, great work, great price, 5 STARS, I personally recommend !! He went out of his way, above and beyond.Need more guys like these!

He fixed the whistle on my oil tank when I could not get anyone else to come. He came at the appointed time and got the job done for a reasonable price. He then explained some of the new rules concerning oil heating tank inspections. Excellent! (note that the company name and location has changed)

I needed my annual furnace check up, but due to street construction had to postpone it for many weeks. Although other tradespeople were able to make it to other houses on my street during that time Falardeau felt that they could't manage it. When the technician finally arrived I was told that I needed some repairs. OK, and after I returned from a business trip I scheduled an appointment. A no-show, no explanation. I rescheduled. Again, a no-show, no explanation, and no response to a voice mail left at their office. A few years ago I had M Jacques Falardeau, who was always available within a reasonable time, did the work well, and whom I trusted. Today.....I think that I should cancel Falardeau and find alternative service. And if I could give less than 1 star, they would get a minus value.
