Fuzz Bar a Epilation / Fuzz Wax Bar Plateau

I’ve been going to Fuzz for nearly a decade. The service is incredibly good value. The fuzzologists are professional, fast, and make it as painless as possible. Highly recommend fuzzologist Sirène. She’s thorough, efficient, and easy to talk to.

Worse experience ever if we take the online appointment system into consideration. This is the second time I go from Brossard all the way to the plateau location for absolutely nothing! Complete waste of time you book all the way through accepting the 0$ deductions on your bank account to comfirm your appointment . Says you’re all set and yet when you show up there’s no appointment under your name ! So frustrating after a drive of almost an hour with traffic. Obviously there’s no way for them to squeeze you in so you’re stuck going all the way back home with zero service done. Hard when 9.5 months pregnant ! This is the second time they say they’ll look into it. Really?

Service wise :
First time I got a service done was with sirene. Amazing! Nothing to say other than maybe the tables should be moved … when waxing the other side of your arm, leg or anything else it could lead to some technical difficulties therefore pain and wrong pulls…
Second time I don’t know who I got but….. she left me with all kind of patches! Probably 7months pregnant and couldn’t see if anything had been done correctly down there or not… let me tell you that once I got home I had a look and looked horrible. For the price I’ve paid plus the tip I expected a lot more! The worst part is I’ve asked her to double check everything because I felt patched. After the second check she said I was all set …. Liesssssssssssss!

After reflection and reading the comments it’s seems like my issues are recurrent ones so I’ve decided to look into a different place that can accommodate me better.

WORST EYEBROW WAXING EVER
The lady did pretty much nothing. She took literally like 1 min to “wax” my eyebrows which was totally a mediocre work and said it was done. I’m going to have to go else where to finish what they did. What a waste of money.

I don’t have a very high pain tolerance but Brianna made me feel super comfortable! Also love the feminine hygiene products they offer. Had a great experience , will definitely be back. :)

Brianna was such a delight, great conversations while I was getting my service done! And not a single hair left either!

I have been doing my waxing at Fuzz Wax Bar for 6 years and I love this place ! Jackie & Julianne are simply the best ! Love you all thank you for your great service !
