October 27 the technician arrived......one hour later left as he was douting asbestos in my walls.....$600.00 later.... no asbestos....THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT PUT THE FAWCETS ON MY BATH SO NO WORK DONE NO BATH.... NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL !!! ANOTHER TECHNICIAN IS COMING TOMORROW.......WORK WILL BE DONE IN 1 MONTH WILL SEE .... 6964 LEMAY MONTREAL QUEBEC PS NOW WE ARE TOMORROW......TECHNICIAN CAME.....STILL NO BATH

I would like to give a shout out to the honesty and integrity of Bain Magique based on a recent experience. I entered into a contract to replace a bathtub with a walk in shower and gave a $2000 deposit. As it turned out, I could not complete the project because of complications with the plumbing in my condo building. I was forced to cancel the contract. Bain Magique agreed to cancel and refunded my deposit without any complications. Many years ago, I hired Bain Magique to install a tub insert and I can confirm that the service and workmanship were excellent.
