Highly recommend! I’ve been coming to Kelly-Lu for the past 2–3 years, and every time I’ve had a great experience. She’s very kind and understanding. There’s not much to do while waiting, but a coffee shop less than 5 minutes away helps if you have to wait.

we brought our car here so last minute, 5 minutes before closing on a friday night because a coolant hose exploded. we’re only in town for two nights and desperately needed a solution to drive back to nyc. Mme Minh was so smart, sassy, stylish, and helpful : ) She ordered a hose first thing in the morning, cut it to size, troubleshooted throughout the day and had the car back to us by the late afternoon—for a fair price all considering. we’re so grateful! if i lived here, i’d be a loyal customer!

I hesitate to leave a review - because I don't want this garage to become unavailable to me when I need it. But I adore this lady, the gentleman who advised me too and they deserve all the business they deserve! - my mother recommended it to me, telling me I would love it and she was right. I went there for the first time this week (blower problem) - they asked me all the right questions and rather than trying to upsell they gave me a temporary solution that would make my blower functional while waiting for I shop around and buy the part to repair it for good. (Their advice). 10⭐️
