Very difficult to get callbacks or responses to our emails from this company. Several calls before they came to do a major cleaning. We subsequently relaunched them several times for regular households, without any response from them. Also note: for the big cleaning, several objects were not put back in the right places (eg: goodbye alphabetical classification of my library of a few hundred books, now stacked haphazardly - not even vertically)

Don't get their service. Very irresponsible. They don't show up on time and don't answer their phone calls as we agreed upon. That's not how you conduct a business. If they continue like this, they will close their door soon. The lady on the phone has no customer service ethic or whatsoever as well. Not recommended at all

I paid 500$ for this kind of work. When i try asking them for further assistance, they ignore my calls and dont want to finish their job. I had to run for over a week to get my bill too. They have no idea how to clean and do half the job
