Most rude and un-organized Customer Service I have ever seen at a Toyota dealership, and I have been a Toyota Customer for nearly 30 years.
My son in law sent a text to a woman in sales. initial first name is K, about interest in a RAV4 LE 2018 they advertise. She confirmed to us at 3:45pm that the vehicle was still available. We show up at 4:05 to see it. A young man goes and gets K for us. We wait until 4:30pm , and she says she has been looking for us for 5 minutes, because she was looking for someone else.. (???) then she informs us the car is no longer available. we voice our frustration over this miscommunication, and we inform her we are looking for a RAV4 or Corolla. She offers us a MAZDA, then tells us we requested another brand. I tell her , no , YOU suggested another brand. she gets very frustrated and rude, and tels us she will not be calling us back when the requested RAV4 is available.
Unless this young entitled woman (maybe 25)with the thick rimmed glasses is co-owner of this dealership, I certainly would not want her representing my business.

I didn’t end up buying a car yet because I wasn’t ready, but my experience at Alix Toyota was still very positive. Lambert took the time to help me, answer my questions, and explain my options without any pressure, which I really appreciated.

Customer service was solid overall, and I now know exactly who to go see when I’m ready to move forward. A good experience, just not enough yet to justify a full 5 stars.

I purchased a Toyota Camry from Alix Toyota. The cost was very reasonable. Mr. Ayoub Aomari delivered excellent service. I am pleased with my purchase and service of Ayoub. They are very prompt in addressing inquiries. In summary, I would recommend this place.
