Every time I walk in this Newlook, I feel welcomed. Got my eye exam done, the optometrist was so sweet. The opticians that helped me multiple times were also so nice. Julie is there to help me with my glasses, thank you!*edit*: everyone is low staff nowadays so the 1 star review is unfair. They're doing their best with the staff they have!
