He was patient, very knowledgeable, and gave us a sense of comfort throughout the process, which is so important as renovations can often be stressful. Everything was delivered on time and they stuck to their promised dates, which we truly appreciated. Discussions with Derek and Gemma, the other owners, were also excellent — they were always quick to return our calls or emails and made sure we felt supported from start to finish.
