“Had a sofa and loveseat cleaned last week. I had a very good experience with Mima organic cleaning.
The owner gave me an appointment the same week even if he was very busy. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to fabric and he was very honest with the results I should be expecting after the cleaning. My sofa and loveseat are in good shape but with kids, they had stains. Before starting, he looked at my sofa and loveseat and told me not everything would come off but that it would do a good job. He asked me if that was ok before proceeding because he wanted me to be completely aware and satisfied. I really appreciated that. The products he used are natural and don't smell strong at all which is what I wanted. The living room had a gentle thyme smell for an hour after the cleaning and that's it. The final result is great and exactly what he had told me. My sofa and loveseat don't look new but they look refreshed and clean.
