“We recently had Simple Space complete our new walk-in closets (both mine and my husbands) along with several other cupboards throughout our home. While we did experience a few issues with the initial closet installation, the team handled them professionally and came back to correct most of the concerns. A couple of the remaining imperfections were factory-related and couldn’t be resolved, but they are subtle and only noticeable if you are specifically looking for them. They also offered us a discount for those factory issues, which we genuinely appreciated.<br><br>One thing that truly stood out was their respect for timelines. Simple Space was very particular about their deadlines, and everything was completed exactly when promised—with no delays. That level of reliability made the entire process smooth and stress-free.<br><br>A special mention goes to Line, our representative. She was an absolute pleasure to work with—creative, patient, and full of thoughtful ideas that brought our closets to life. Her design insights enhanced both the beauty and functionality of the final spaces.<br><br>Overall, we’re very pleased with the design, layout, and day-to-day usability of our closets and storage areas. The final result is functional, well thought out, and truly enhances our home. Simple Space delivered quality craftsmanship and solid customer service, and we feel they did a great job overall.”
