“I purchased blinds from Budget Blinds Quebec years ago (they are now closed) and had issues one of my blinds/motors that were from Somfy. Somfy doesn’t help directly so I called a few Somfy dealers for a service call/fee to fix the blinds not responding and it was either very expensive or too complicated to deal with. Mike at Store Parent put me in touch with their technician Mhammed and he was fantastic to deal with! Very helpful, charged me a reasonable price (every other dealer was charging ridiculous prices with multiple visits), found the replacement part for me (which wasn't very easy), very communicative and saved me so I can finally close my blinds again.
