J’adore le service libre-toilettage pour l’accès à tout le matériel professionnel (tables de toilettage amovibles, séchoirs professionnels, bains professionnels), mais ils ont également des employés en or pour couper des griffes des chiens sans rendez-vous et des produits de qualité et variés aussi! Je fais toujours de belles découvertes quand je vais chez O’Spot :)

Excellent service and customer service. It's been 2 times that I have brought my dog for a nail trim without any problem. The staff is welcoming and very professional. My dog was comfortable. I recommend them for your pets.

We went for the free service on Tuesday and Thursday to give your dog a bath yourself. Even though it’s free I won’t be returning. The bath area was extremely dirty and full of the previous dogs hair. Same with tbt drying station. Even the clean towels had stains and fur all over it. They provide scissors and electric razors but again it looked so unsanitary.On the bright side the service is extremely friendly.
