They’re the best in Gatineau/Hull - everywhere else I called were extremely rude on the phone - this place, always friendly , always helpful since day one. I have used them for my cats and recently for my newly adopted puppy!
Went for my pups annual shots as I do every year and the poor peanut ripped his dew claw backwards on route there. By the time we got there he was bleeding all over the place. Sophie was so incredibly kind and got supplies and was trying to help while I was waiting to be called in, she was so sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. Sophie's intuitive nature made a not so fun experience go smoothly and by the time we seen Dr. Legacy she continued the amazing care and got Hugo his annual shots, stopped the bleeding, quickly and efficiently removed what was left of the claw causing pain and patched Hugo up with a super cool tough guy looking camo leg dressing. I experienced the best vet visit I have ever had in my whole life yesterday. I went in to get a second quote for my cat’s dental surgery (was quoted approximately $2500 in Ottawa). Upon inspecting his mouth, the vet (pardon me for not recalling his name), told me that I had been misinformed, and my cat did not in fact, require the surgery. WOW. What honestly and integrity; I was ready to pay for the surgery, and the vet could have easily gotten the business and the dough from me.
