They are amazing! Everyone is so friendly, very helpful. Very clean facility. I am bringing my African gray parrot there, just for grooming at the moment. However as soon as they will start taking new patients, Fred the parrot will be their patient hopefully, for regular check ups. ?

We've been coming here for 10 years with our cats, dogs, and rabbits and they're amazing. I understand people complaining about them not taking new patients or emergencies, but they're busy and just not equipped to handle that.Tons of vets don't deal with emergencies and that's why there are great emergency hospitals in Ottawa. Of course they recommend various treatment plans and diagnostic tests but I've never felt ANY financial pressure from them! Dr. Mercier is AMAZING.

Most amazing Veterinarian clinic we have ever been blessed to be patients of. They truly care and are compassionate about the animals well being and that always shines through in all their dealings with their clients by phone or in person. That's how I have felt for years as well as how when there see and hear others feel as well. My newest pet is a bit of a Feisty girl and they were also very calm and understanding and helpful with discussing it and ideas to help. Really am grateful to be a client for my pet of this animal hospital. They have been a Godsend with our previous cat as well especially as she grew older and needed more specialized medicine and care to help...read full review
