On Dec 30th I hurt myself at the gym because I went and trained hard despite my back feeling stiff and weird.I hurt myself *badly*, I had trouble walking even.My stubbornness keeps the physio industry alive.A friend of mine recommended Guy at this clinic but I went to a closer one instead. They had a hell of a time figuring out how to help me. I don't blame them, they were out of their depth but really wanted to help.After a eight weeks with little progress (or rather, some progress and regression), I went to see Guy. Had a painful excruciating shoulder pain for 2 months. Booked an appointment and on the first visit, the therapist listened intently, took notes and began working through the possible areas for a root cause. Within an hour, my pain had been eliminated and a home regimen was given to me to strengthen my muscles. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thank you
