Love the team spirit! The place is always clean. The trainers are amazing, they are always making sure your doing things right. Your never left to your own. Love the family vibe. Totally recommend the gym, no matter your level, you will find your fit.

Love CFDO. Great bunch of coaches. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I have seen this place evolve from group classes of 3&4 to now having full house regularly. Kudos to Julie and Chris for having the first and longest running CF gym in the West Island.
