Sad for the service. The nail polish was heavy and didn’t look even in the nails. You made an appointment, and already other people, that arrived before you without the appointment, having their service. What is the point of making an appointment if you wait? Maybe I do not understand how this work, anyways, I had to wait 30 minutes.Services: Pedicure

Terrible experience. Cut my skin on 2 nails while pushing back the cuticles, it was bleeding and painful. And the result wasn’t even worth it. Waste of time and money, never going back.Service: Nail extensions

First and Last! Never again. ? almost 2hrs job and still not good enough.Very rough while filling nails. I came for refill on gel shellac (already almond shaped ) I specifically asked for the same Almond shape and not too thick (4 coats of gel), Came out with crooked Oval and super thick gel on REAL NAILS, edges are not even clean at all, still has gel excess on the sides ? not what I asked for. I tried to point out the mistakes and the nail tech tells me that (IT’S OK) no it’s not!!!! DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK.
