I’ve been coming to this salon for the past three years, ( every couple of weeks) and unfortunately I’ve decided this will be my last visit.

Over time, I’ve noticed that the nail services — especially shellac with acrylic or gel — are done very quickly, with little attention to detail. The application often feels rushed, and there is very minimal communication with clients during the service. As a customer, it doesn’t feel very personalized or attentive.

Another thing that has been uncomfortable is that the owner spends much of the appointment talking and laughing in her language, which can make clients feel that they don’t matter.

I only went once before the holidays and even though it was super busy, I was more than happy with my nails! I, who am very picky, had nothing to say about the shape of my nails ?☺️ And it was done in the blink of an eye ⏳️? I'm going back in fds.. hoping to relive the same experience ? ??

The lady doing the gel application wants to win a speed competition I think. She does it quickly and it's not done well. The one who did my American nail polish didn't really know what she was doing.
