“I purchased blinds from Budget Blinds Quebec years ago (they are now closed) and had issues one of my blinds/motors that were from Somfy. Somfy doesn’t help directly so I called a few Somfy dealers for a service call/fee to fix the blinds not responding and it was either very expensive or too complicated to deal with. Mike at Store Parent put me in touch with their technician Mhammed and he was fantastic to deal with! Very helpful, charged me a reasonable price (every other dealer was charging ridiculous prices with multiple visits), found the replacement part for me (which wasn't very easy), very communicative and saved me so I can finally close my blinds again. Thanks Mike & Mhammed!“

I had a fantastic experience at this Benjamin Moore store this evening. I was in a bind and thrilled to discover they were open late on a Sunday.
The customer service I received was incredible. The staff members and owner (I wish I caught their names!) was exceptionally helpful, patient, and demonstrated an impressive depth of product knowledge. They walked me through the various paint lines, helped me select the perfect finish and color for my project, and made sure I had all the necessary supplies.
It’s rare to find such expertise and willingness to assist, especially near closing time on a weekend. This level of service has made me a loyal customer.

“Had a very good first meet with Thomas. He was patient in show me other models and really understood my questions. I went to a new chair, however for some reason there were few differences between the new chair/demo than some used ones, they didn't pushed me to buy a new one instead.
