IHS Primary Care - Zelienople

I was merged into the Zelienople office due to the Evans City office being closed. While during my appointment, things seem to have gone okay; I have had a nightmare with the office and how they keep notes and handle billing. My office visit was appropriately billed as preventative but the lab work they had me do after, they sent with orders of diagnoses not related to me. Trying to get this corrected has been an issue causing me to me unnecessarily billed for the charges.
IHS Primary Care needs to do better in their office notes and lab orders.

Dr. Vezzani is the best doctor I have ever had. She listens to my concerns and works with me to manage my mental and physical well being. She is always pleasant and friendly too. I never have to wait long if I arrive on time.
