The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They make time for you and you can just walk in without appointment between certain hours each day which is very convenient. The receptionist is fantastic and everyone was awesome. Appointment is given quickly and problem is addressed and fixed. The service is solid 5 out of 5. Both times you went to the office staff answered all questions and didn't try to rush you out. Satisfied and would give a solid 5 out of 5.

Good service but too much left up to me to do. I don’t have a lot of time either and the tech should do most of the hands on. Sent right earpiece out and received a replacement. I had to take the app off and reinstall. Otherwise, things are good.
I’m writing this review for my mother. She has been a client for more than 5 years. The staff is attentive and follow up is great. Special thanks to Tory who has patiently worked with my mother to get everything to my moms liking.
